Kirby

Kirby has been designing interiors for over 15 years, Upon graduating from RISD with a degree in Interior Architecture Kirby established KGID in 2003. 

She gained attention for the careful renovation of three of her own homes most noticeably a carriage house which she transformed into a modern glass oasis. The carriage house was featured in regional and national publications. 

Kirby is known for her clean lines, attention to detail and love of beautiful and iconic furniture. She pays careful attention to the needs of her clients, the vernacular of the architecture and location to establish practical yet beautiful interiors. She has established relationships with crafts people who are as passionate about their work as she is. 

Kirby’s projects can be found in Providence, Westport, Narragansett, Little Compton, DC and New York City. She establishes long standing relationships with her clients that have endured multiple moves and many years. 

In her free time she can be found at the beach- preferably in Nantucket. 

Steph

Stephanie comes to KGID with 15 years of Design and Product development experience.

With an OCDesc ability to organize coupled with a true love of clean design. She has made a seamless transfer into Interiors.

Steph is responsible for all the day to day organizing, scheduling and all other flying parts. She effortlessly communicates between team to team to ensure the design vision is conveyed.

Steph lives in Providence RI with her husband Andy, son Ben and faithful sidekick Ollie.
